Chris Chen
Chris W. Chen is an enterprise architect, specializing in organizational change, with Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 company in San Diego, California. In addition to his information technology experience, he has been a program manager for the Center for Creative Leadership, as well as a line manager in the finance and human resources functions.
He has a BA degree from the University of California, Irvine, with a major in Economics. His MBA is also from UCI, with an emphasis in Organizational Behavior. Chris was an adjunct professor of organizational behavior at California State University, Long Beach and has published four books, Simply Spoken Leadership, New Supervisor Training, Coaching Training, and The Big Book of Six Sigma Training Games. He has also published articles on a variety of topics and been quoted as a management expert by the Washington Post and Chicago Tribune.
