Conrad Eustis is the Director of Retail Technology Development with 21 years of experience at Portland General Electric. Conrad participates in numerous regulatory and technical forums and is the author of numerous business plans including PGE’s business case to support its $140 million investment in AMI. Conrad created PGE’s first demand-side plan in 1989. Between 1993 and 2007 he implemented five unique water heater load control programs and ten AMI systems.
