• Complimentary registration provided to editorial staff of press and media organizations

Sponsor Registration

• The number of complimentary passes varies according to sponsorship level
• Contact show coodinator if unsure if you have complimentary passes available
• Additional passes for Gold and Platinum Sponsors available at the Government Rate
• Additional passes for Silver Sponsors available at the Regular rate

• Access to all conference sessions on day(s) of pass

Registration & Payment

• Checks on US$ from US bank only and must be received by Clasma for admission
• Discounts must be applied at time of registration, no refunds or credits will be issued for discount after initial registration
• Badges collected from the Registration Desk at the event and must be worn at all times

Cancellation Policy

• A cancellation fee of $200 is charged prior to 2 weeks before the event (Nov 21, 2011 or before)
• No refund on cancellations after Nov. 21, 2011
• Substitution is subject to $200 administration fee
• In the event of a personal/family emergency such as death or illness, please contact Clasma Events
